Flash from window

Hello I was wondering if anyone could help me in trying to remove the flash glare from this picture. I have just not had any luck. I appreciate your help.

Yes I could do something with this with a larger image with better resolution. This one is too low to do too much with. Still, here is a quick attempt with just this.

I appreciate your attempt and would love to send you a bigger picture but the am only limited to the 100kb in the forum. If I could somehow send you a bigger picture please let me know how. Again thanks for your help.

I agree with the larger version. You could use photobucket to add a larger pic.
Heres my attempt.
I copied the original darkened it and cloned until I liked what I saw.
