Need help with fixing a lip

i need some help fixing her bottom lip. See the chunk of skin on the left side of the image?

Any idea how to fix it? I can provide you with the PST if needed

Also cleaned teeth (stud or something and reduced the red and yellow)

I removed the skin but next time you shoot, Id definitely suggest a lip gloss or some kind of moisturizer, her lips are badly dry!
