How to get these tones. Any ideas

Hello everybody.
This is my first thread. I've been here for a while.
And I learned a lot from you
I couldn't do a search cause I can't name this.

Any ideas will be appreciated

Looks like a lot of Vibrance with the skin masked off. Maybe some additional saturation to red and magenta.

NO it is not a slide
It is digital

I agree, but one step further. I think the skin is desaturated also.

Usually, in camera set WB to Cloudy and Saturation to 0. Adjust the WB fine tuning and try more posibilitties. Aftter that, Photoshop is almost not a need to get these tones.

Breaking down the image, it looks like the majority of the adjustments can be done in ACR.

First thing I notice is the blue/cyan bias, could be white balance, could be split tone, hard to tell without the original image which works better. After that it looks like red and green saturation are pumped a bit individually. The saturation and luminance of orange looks normal in the image overall, so, like stated above, it was probably masked and adjusted via photoshop. Vignette in ACR.
