Focus Magic will help to a certain degree, it's the only way I know of to deal with motion blur - http://www.focusmagic.com/

Welcome to RetouchPro.

It can be improved a tad, but it will never be perfect. It appears the motion occurred in several different angles, which makes it difficult. Also, there is a little lack of detail in the image. Both Photoshop and third party plugin's like Focus Magic make it possible to recover some of the image.

Do you have Photoshop or another application of similar capability ? If not, it may not be possible for you to do it. You will have to ask someone to do it for you.

You can post a fairly large pictures which is under 100k using the save for web function in Photoshop as described here:

No. This is a site for learning, and we will gladly help you learn to do it yourself. We have a "Image Help" forum just for that purpose. Click on "Forums" on the navbar to get there. There is also a "Classifieds" forum if you're willing to pay one of our members to work on your photo.

That said, and as stated before there may not be very much that could be done as shown in the before and after
