It's amazing!

Are there any tutorials for something like this? Could anyone point me in the right direction?

I'm at the level of trying to learn it. And I still have some discoloration in my images. It's not completely smooth/sheen.

You can see I'm not there yet... YET

Some elements of that skin retouch are to get a good model first, have a makeup artist work with you and to help get your original image up to par even before the camera takes the image. This image has a kicker light to the back side of the model for the side lighting... and it has most likely used surface blur to get the skin smooth on the cheeks... and then has used a separate layer with a white soft brush at 1% flow to paint on the highlight sheens.

Heres one with simple light, no makeup to speak of and the retoucher makes a very good effort anyways.

Ive been trying myself doing it the way it is supposed to be done, no blur, just healing brush and then dodge and burn, but it is so time consuming. And hard to see the small nuances in the skin to be corrected, so you have to zoom in and out all the time, and fixing all small differences at 4-500 % zoom.

nah, these are most probably all about blurring and re-texturizing. There are indeed some professionals that still work this way (although the examples you have linked to are far from professional). Its a lot easier, and quicker, just to run a surface blur, along with some airbrushing, and then re-introduce texture with stored sampled patterns. Color is unified into an "average". Its very easy to work much more quickly this way, so some highly commercial, or catalog, 'fake style' retouchers still do it. And are still getting away with it. Its all about commercialism, if you NEED to take a single hour for each retouch because that's all your client is able to pay for, then I guess these compromises are necessary sadly.
