that's really challenging !!!

Hi All :-)
I've beet trying hard for a long time to know the way this great artist
processes his photos but I couldn't...could you !?

its just adding some contrast.. and using filters and/or sharpening.

Yeah, there appears to be HDR applied on the content to make increase the rich tonal values and the contrast.

I did a single image HDR Tonemapped.. The artist added some grunge brushes on top of that..

You could also use shadow/highlight then bump the color saturation and contrast like GoldGabii said then add the grunge outline

Hi again....
I tried the tone mapping but it didn't gave me that painting look (I'm familiar with HDR)...
about the grunge outline...it's not a problem using a texture layer...
what I want to know is the way that image looks like painting but still sharp !!!
a step by step tutorial will be SOOOO much appreciated :-)
