Re: I share my photoshop techniques

Calvin,

With reference to the psd files on your website, I for one would love to see what effects you have applied to that top layer.

I suspect that final layer incorporates quite a few adjustments finished with a 'stamp all visible'....

Cheers

Matt

And allow us to purchase the shows at a later time so those of us who miss the webinar can watch/download the shows at our conveinience. I don't care if I cannot ask questions.

Hey man, HDR is not hard at all. If you want to use it in your portrait sessions, just use a tripod, and shoot a 3 or more exposure image FIRST.. then leave your camera in its position and aperture, then have your model move in and use your lighting and shoot the model with one exposure. You can then go back, and take your hdr background you took with the 3 or more exposures, and plug them into Photomatix Pro, or Photoshop, however I prefer photomatix pro. Make your hdr image, tone map it, make it look good, don't screw it up with crazy tone mapping.. then your ready for the fun part. Composite your model you took into your HDR background, and if your camera didn't move at all, then you your model should blend in nicely how it would of looked with one exposure the whole time. Mask in your model nicely, with a good brush, and polish it up. Then do your usual post processing to your image. Did this help? Calvin doesn't need to show you how to do HDR, it is quite simple really, and if you want more in depth look on how to do an HDR image, they tell you on www.hdrsoft.com where you can get photomatix. Another good website for HDR is http://www.thebestofben.com/

He has video tutorials and everything.

I hope this eases your frustration alil bit cypisek.
