The release is end january
The dvd can be orderd then on my blog

There is no pre release discount.
The price of the dvd would be (not 100 % sure) 99 Dollars

$99? That isn't too bad, and your teachings are worth it. I am a student though so I gotta save up!! I just bought a ton of books for school so I'm running low already haha.

What about the 2080/8020 layer? What is that?

That is a layer were i am playing around.
Where i test some filters and other techniques.
The last 20 % of the retouching part what takes sometimes 80 % of the time.

Calvin, could you please post on this thread which images you demonstrate on the DVD, as I spotted a couple on you blog which you have already talked about on your webinars (the water droplet guy and the SWAT image).

I cant post all the pictures, cause every technique i demonstrate is on a other picture.
Thats to much to post here all sorry.

The running time of the dvd is more then 4 hours and one technique is between 3 nad 6 min.

Not wanting to sound bad, but I red the list of topics and it looks quite for newbies except for those lessons with the word "secret" in them. For example, "More Contrast with Unsharp Mask". I had found this technique by mistake about 4 years ago, or creating a rain it's also quite obvious. I don't know what to think about this DVD because I know Calvin's works and they look amazing, so probably he uses simple techniques but in some particular way, like the Photoshop Spotlight, and that may the point. Anyone can drop some comments? Any review?

On this training there are many bascis stepts who everybody already know.
I dont have secret tools
And i cant create new tools:-)

Sometimes i handle the tools in a other way what people expect.

But if you expect only new techniques what you cant find in forums, better dont buy the training.
I have some techniques what is not so well known but most of the time i use the photoshop tools what everybody use:-)
