How do you get this look in post?

I know the quality and post has a lot to do with the lighting of the image. I'm sure there was a selective layer and an exlusion layer used, but I'm more concerned with knowing the best way to achieve the lighting effects in the corners of the images where the orange light is.

an orange solid color layer set to low opacity, and paint the mask to taste?

i would say:

- desaturated reds and yellows on the skin (selective)
- up the vibrance a little bit
- big soft brush on overlay and soft light modes
- some adjustment layer like color selective for color scheme and curves for contrast
