EXIF info

Hi

So I bought a used camera and it has some exif settings stored and i don't know how to change them.

Each time, when I take a picture in EXIF data i see someone else name next to the "artist" rubric.
I can change that manually but I often forget about that and It's annoying.

Anyone know how to permanent repair that?

i think you can use that with the softwares given with the camera...
it may not be the most cool section to post question like this!

Yeah Dom, you may have to run the software but first try finding a button that allows you to restore to default settings.

Well on canon cameras you can change the name by using the EOS utility... that's the only way to change the name to another

Cuervo is right, from my D5's to my MarkII's you have to run the EOS utility unless they have changed that.
I actually bought a pair of Mark's from dance photographer Jack Mitchell. I kinda just let them stay with his EXIF info. Collectors items!

restore default settings doesn't work for that... tomorrow I'll install EOS utility and check if it works.

Ok. I installed EOS Utilitie and everything is fine now.
