Help retouch,colorize or special effects

May I request :
(1) colors to be not too vivid or intense
(2) pink dress for the girl ( back row ) second from the left

Hello Hornbill,

this image is pretty easy to repair with the Healing Brush ([J]) and the Clone Stamp ([S]), you can colorize it with the Brush ([B]) on a new layer ([Shift]+[Ctrl]+[N]) in "Color" mode ([Shift]+[Alt]+[C]), but I guess no one will do it for you.

I agree with Der_W 100 percent.

Brighten, fade reduce, desaturate to black and white.
Remove scratches and white spotting.
