Try re-sizing to 800 px on the long side, then use Save for Web and Devices in CS4.

Read the FAQ about using pictures of celebrities.

V111,
The quickest and most straightforward way is to use "Save For Web", as Lurch suggested. I decided to attach some screenshots for you - don't say I'm not a nice guy. After the last one, just click on the "Save" button and pick a folder and file name. You don't have to change pixel dimensions if you don't want to. But, I usually do so that any image will fit nicely on viewers' screens. Just click the "Image Size" tab for that. A width of 800 to 1200 works nicely.

I haven't taken the plung to CS4 yet, so I cannot testify as to what has changed. But, for CS3 here are the basic steps. So, don't delay.... try again and let's see that retouch.

Re: Guys what do u think of this retouch????

If you are retouching images with plans to post on the web or in a portfolio, you are better off obtaining shots from a photographer with his/her permission. A disclaimer or written rights to retouch and post would also be nice. You are always safer doing this. In case you get famous one day, you don't want something coming back to haunt you. Generally, these images will be of much higher quality as well, which means your retouch will be of higher quality. Most photographers have tons of unwanted/unusable images. It's just a matter of asking.
