saving in photoshop

im saving my image in photoshop cs4 to jpeg an the quality and color looks completely different why is this ive never had this problem till today

omg im saving the picture and the colour looks so different like a drowned pale colour when i save it to jpeg why is this ive never had this problem whats going on im really upset
