that is very good falem, that is far the best i has seen i will have to try harder. to achieve that.

I gave a quick shot to the out of focus problem.

1. Copy layer
2.Emboss top layer to your liking.
3.Set layer to overlay mode.

Its not the best but its the quickest and might be better on larger files.
