You can also try target the channel with the most noise and applying some corrections to just that channel.

Removing noise and stuff

Remove noise and color noise in Photoshop.

Levels and background removal.

Smooth skin in Painter and fix eyes.

Have a larger file if you want it.

I'm the developer of Ximagic Denoiser, thanks for using it.
Usually using NLMeans before Wavelets you will get better results. With NLM you will get rid of color and luminance noise in the same step applying it to all the channels. NLM gives sometimes a grainy look on some edges, you can enhance the result with CWT and hard threshold. Using hard threshold is better because it blur less than soft threshold.
For example, using CIELAB and all the channels
NLM (30x16x3 Enhanced) + CWT (300 Hard) + Photoshop Auto Sharpen
