Here is my very quick attempt with this photo. Actually created a new Solution in TwistedBrush Pro Studio to make this a 1 click cleanup for skin tones. (Smooth Skin Tones)

Of course I don't expect it compare to manual skin cleanups but for an automatic solution its pretty good and just targets the skin tones and not the rest of the image.

Hi everyone this is my first post and I thought I would show what I can do. I just started in retouching not too long ago, maybe about a year or so. I really enjoy it. So here is what I did. I really like doing dramatic and glamour looks, so I went a little dramatic on the lashes. Had a little trouble with the fly away hair but anyways let me know what you think?

you need to remove the small bits of hairs over hair face.
but otherwise good

Sorry, but these is my first attempt to retouch for fashion and I don't now what is the most correct for the industry.
Any way it is not a problem remove the hairs over the face, I try to do it today.

This is my first official post on here.
