Reflection in sunglasses issue

Whenever I retouch sunglasses, I always have the same questions. To remove or not to remove the spotlights?
Sometimes it looks good but when we see too much of the photoshoot setup I always wonder how much to remove. I would be very interested to have your opinions on this issue.

Do you have some tricks or know some good tutorials (other than to adding palms trees ) that could give us some ideas or alternatives?
