Definitely an improvement, don't forget the bra too. Also, you can create detail in the whites of the eyes, just mask carefully and either paint in the shading and highlights, or find a source photo to pull from.

here are the bad points:

Skin looks too uneven. It's not evening all the skin, but the more visibles areas for the eye. You know, the eye follows the contuinity of things, then, if interrupted, it understands that gasp as an error. Your skin has lot of gasps in the model's face.
At this resolution the pores and skin details cannot be seen.
D&B is a bit poor, making the face too bright in the model's forehead, and the lighting modification looks too messy.

The eyeballs are too white.

D&B the hair, that' th way to shine the hair.

More work done on the eyes to make them look more human (round) and my final image for this first attempt.


I'll choose an image with more pore detail for my next attempt.
