I just did this trying to imitate the way loretta lux edits photos in preparation for doing a series. What do you think?

The arms look like they are flat and 2cm thick.

Nowhere near Loretta Lux, all the way from image selection to editing. Come on, she is famous for not having one single black spot on the image, and you pick a black adult model with dark skin, hard to be turned pastel, and with black clothing.

Loretta is famous for:
-Pastel look.
-Porcelain skin.
-She liquifies in a way that you don't know what on earth she modified.
-Looks almost as if she desaturated it all and then hand colorized it.
-She takes away the volume of things with lighting, and dodging all shadows.

.
and most importantly, backgrounds.

If you try to imitate her (nothing wrong with that), at least start by doing one of those things she is famous for... not that I have any idea on where i would start. She might be the one that i really really haven't figured out............ yet.

Well, I was using this as practice from an older photo of mine. Just to try to get the technique she used, I know that the background isnt there, I need to find an area to shoot that would be that way. I was more so talking of the way she edits skin.
