Welcome to RetouchPRO Hope you enjoy your stay here and make lots of friends. Poke around, ask questions, offer help, have fun!

If you use Photoshop you can post fairly large pictures which are under 100k using the save for web function in Photoshop as described here: Size, Quality and/or Format your Attached Images.. (Click here)

How to attach Files/Images to your Posts or Threads?(Click here)

If you want to post a larger resolution that is over 100K then you can host your image elsewhere and attach a link in the thread (as you did here), but also please attach an under 100K version (so the thread remains useful in the future, regardless of external links).

I think the picture looked great to start with... (maybe the eyes are a bit dark)

If your client wanted that desaturated pale skin tone you did fine!

I think I would be more selective in the desaturation and bring back the brilliance and color of the jewelry, feathers and clothing. Lighten the eyes a bit and darken the light part of the shadow under her lip

Re: Asian Bride

Hey, thank you!

Didn't know one could attach a pic, as everyone is giving just links...

Yeah, that does improves it a lot... I'm giving it a go. Thanks, mate! hoho, i like this place.

here's the improvised version, i gave it some red and yellow thru curve layer. did some masking to retain original colors of the clothing and jewellery, tried to darken the shadow under her lips but being a bad painter i just can't see how to make it work, and some white underlay layer to brighten the eyes.

Wow, thanks...

Re: Asian Bride

Welcome Anas. Glad to have you here.
Beautiful photograph to start with. Excellent suggestions from OlB as well. I'm glad he kept her pale complexion and brightened her eyes.

My only comment would be to address the shadow on her neck cast by the earring and kind of tidy up some of her flyaway hair.
