Hey Guys, I need your truly opinions that how I'm going with my Retouching skill ? This is the link of my recent work. I did not used the standard pixel by pixel D & B technique, done it via clone-heal-patch.

It's good from the moment you didn't blur anything. Perfect skin can almost always be achieved by cloning and healing correctly. Still, your females do need some dodge and burn, but not on a pixel level. Do i have your permission to use a photo of yours to draw a map of what i mean? I will just use a crop of an area.

Well, it's not necessary, create a curve in luminosity and accentuate the contrast so that you can see where d&b is needed.

Technically is enough, it could be much better. However, you need to polish some style too.
