Bad Quality Mobile Pictures

Greetings!

Here are two pictures my girlfriend took of us kissing with her mobile phone. However, as you can see the quality is not that good. Any suggestions on how to improve these (attached)? Or is anyone willing to take a stab at it?

Run a noise filter on it then duplicate the background and change its blend mode to screen, then duplicate one more time (blend mode will automatically be st to screen.

I will give it a shot, but I normally try to do also lighting effects on a picture, from the Filters-> Render - > lighting effects and using an omni lights manipulating the controls there.

Re: Bad Quality Mobile Pictures

can't figure out how to attach url to show up as thumbnails, so here is a link

http://i34.photobucket.com/albums/d1...cs/mobile1.jpg
and
http://i34.photobucket.com/albums/d1...cs/mobile2.jpg with a more canvassy painted look

on the first one I used quite a few things, I used the lighting effect, as well as blur and a layer where I painted on color to the face as well as changed the color where it was uneven using Hue/Saturation and replaced the grass and made sky. I dind't want to make it too much as to not take away attention from the couple. I am sure someone else can always do better.

erealmgraphics,

I *REALLY* liked what you did with the first one. Very nice and HOT! Could you give that a shot on the second?

Thanks for your work.

Much Appreciated,

Kevin

Should this message/thread be moved to the "Image Help" forum? I may should not have posted this here.
