Hi

There are still some rings under her eyes, also I would try and remove some of the fine hairs around her mouth, overall the image is bit too sharp this may also cause the facial hair to stand out more, finaly i'm not sure what the original is like but the dark areas in the eye, mouth and nose area should be lightened a bit.
