How is this skin achieved?

Thanks for checking the thread out...i am wondering how this particular look is achieved, i LOVE the texture of her skin....that pimply dewy look? I know there are the 'usual' tutorials floating about but is this type of skin work those styles....i have tried to achieve this look and failed

Can't tell at this resolution. What part are you interested: the shine, the color, or the texture?

Hey Iris, i have to ask you something about your website. How did you manage to get the uiloader to smooth the image at the screen resolution? Every time I place a dinamic content uiloader and it has to shrink the image, it doesn't use any kind of resampling interpolation and the images get all jagged.

Hey Flexmanta. Sorry I can't help you on this one I hired a flash specialist to do the "before-after" and I've bought the website as template.

The skin retouching you see there is just the degrunge technique, i would suggest you to learn the dodge and burn technique, it gives better results and is looks way more natural good luck

I don't think so, look how exaggerated the texture is, look in the neck/shoulder area.

She's either been misted with glycerin or there's some sort of texture overlay going on there.

The texture pattern looks like what Topaz Clean 2 produces...
