Any resource to get regular work

Does anyone know of a good resource to get regular work like ACMEsiteandservie, Now i am working for them, they get most of the work repairing damaged images and some color correction work, they give login details to enter site once you agree terms and conditions, they have fixed price for images and their price per image is very low, and will have to bid on images, they consider low bids, payments are twice in a month. I am curious to know is there any company like this, I tried in google, did not find anything, eny ideas please?
