Its interesting. The shadows in her face are a bit saturated. The top half of her is extremely contrasted and the bottom half is flat. So maybe even that out? What was the goal at hand here?

I feel after the edit/retouching, the posing, and especially her arms are a bit awkard. If the end result, is that she will be kneeling, shoot her kneeling on a white backdrop and position her arms a bit better first off, or more interesting.
the starburst are a bit to strong and could probably use some gaussian blur. Play around with your blending modes and opacity also.
i agree with amanda, and that the top is extremely contrasty and the bottom is flat.

the hair could use some work in terms of how you select it, via, pen tool, channels, masks, etc. this may help for the hair:

when you drop your model out it could use a bit of a blur either on the mask or if there is none, and its is a selection with the background cut out, i recommend a soft feather, of .5 - 1 depending on what you're going for...just my two cents.

did u mean the position of her arms ?
i did used channels for selecting the hairs and used gausiian blur may be i need more refining any way thanks

yes the position of her arms. it feels very unnatural especially after its been dropped out.
