the sharp of details, eyes, mouth, nose, hands, etc. The leaves and the dress looks like draw, the volume of the photo (dof) and in general the mood.
Thanks!!!

Re: I wolud know how can be done this.......

Start with a good camera and lens for the sharpness, use Unsharp Mask to add that little extra punch.
The rest is just contrast. A bright part against a dark part seems to be sharp when there's a harsh transition (thats how sharpening works basically).
The background looks like the model was composed onto it and blurred with a large radius of Gaussian blur. Then add in the leaves and that should be about it :-).

The mood is in my eyes done with the colors to a great extent. Color contrast from the background to the model and greenish turquoise background to connect it to the leaves.

Oh, I forgot. The leaves have an added drop shadow.

Just give it a bit of time and you'll be obsessed with something else...

I'm not a professional fashion retoucher, but I don't see any unusual post processing. I see a nicely done composite with drop shadows on the leaves, dodging and burning on the skin, and 'painting with light' throughout.

How are you sure of that? IF you are that close to the photographer can you not ask him what he does to create that look? The color depth looks like Medium format. As someone who owns canon and hasselblad, it looks like one of my hasselblad pictures not my canon ones.
