How to Achieve this Korean Star look

I know this just may be some average glamour shot, but can anyone point me in the direction of what type of lighting they used? and what kind of retouching methods they used for these types of images?

The lighting is easy to deconstruct by seeing the second photo of example one. Might be an octa or something big, camera right. And fill camera left. The bg is not burned to hell and unless you have access to a studio with cyclorama, you would need to photoshop it clean. For the second shot and all their group shots (from what i've seen in this and other google images), they have a apparently been lit with an "elinchrom PARA". It's a huge umbrella that i think only elinchrom makes, but i might be wrong.

The retouch is nothing out of basic. In fact the color might come easily just by proper conversion of the raw. That tone is easily achievable with capture one. There might be a tiny infusion of color into the edges of the histogram in a split toning sort of way.

Now go get a PARA! Hehe.

Please could you give me a workflow of how to achieve such color in photoshop?

I can not get it at all. If this is a split toning; wich colors he use to achieve it?

The split-toning bit - there's a blue-magenta cast mainly in shadows and midtones. Use curves in their respective channels (or other colour adjustment tool of your choice) to introduce this cast. Don't go overboard with it though.

Flexmanta was referring to making color adjustments on the RAW file with Capture One before editing the image in Photoshop. This may also be done with Adobe Camera Raw which comes with Photoshop. Here's a great tutorial by Godmother that explains the process (including split toning):
