I like what you have archieved already. Hair needs more job.

Would be nice to see bigger pictures for skin detail/texture.

There's still some dust on her jacket, her teeth are not perfectly aligned and the eyelashes are missing parts on the right.
Apart the hair defiantly needs some more work and the background seems to disturbing and unbalanced to me.
Also watch her skin tones, they're kinda off on her forehead.

But its defiantly a good start :-).

What Der_W said is right, I would like to add something, if you pay attention to her face, you will notice that something is strange on the left hand side of the photo. According to the nose and mouth it's ok, the eyes are OK too, but if you stare at the whole thing there is something strange! You should add some shadows on her face to make it more natural, cause here, when you see it you think "WOW! there is something unnatural"

Otherwise great job

I Think the lost details in her face is problem
try history brush in a low opacity to bring some details back

I liked the way you changed the tone and removed stray hair on her forehead, but don't you think the face looks flat now? Maybe D&B on the highlights and shadows respectively will bring some depth to it. Keep up the great work!

Re: What do you think of this retouch??

Its excellent- The one thing that I saw that was distracting to me was her eyebrow (the right one specifically), I think it needs to be filled in (draw in hairs) or shaped better. Definitely more depth, mood and contrast overall because her face looks flat, you want it to pop. Use either curves on luminosity and paint in highlights and shadows or 50% soft light gray layer or whatever method you prefer. And clean up hair around her head and the schmutz on her jacket.
Thats just my opinion. Definitely on the right track though, great job. Good Luck!

Salut,
Amanda
