Hi RooB! I think your work is not like Dragan Effect but if we keep Dragan apart, and desaturate your image and play with levels we can achieve concrete statue effect. Can you please let me know your workflow? Thanks.

I used threshold to create a variety of masks of different layers; from darkest to lightest, and then blended each one with different blend modes; soft light, hard light, etc, and for each of those I was adding curves ..... it was a very random dance of "Yes, I like this, no I don't like that." At the end of it, I tossed the original image on top and set it blend to multiply and turned the opacity down.

I can't recall step by step, I wasn't paying as much attention to what I was doing as I should have been ......
