OlBaldy, thanks. You are defintely correct about the effort involved to create the effect, and it is unique for every image. A one click action is not the soultion.

Really good attempt from sergretouch, impressive. Maybe a touch to much yellow in the skin tones , but that could also just be my uncalibrated screen. Would you share your PSD?
