CS5 Premium $449 Student Edition....I will be ordering in the next 1-2 months. I will be making the jump from CS3.

I have the Creative Suite CS3 Design Premium, $799 to upgrade to CS5 Design Premium. So If I use my student discount I will be saving money. Also, I called Adobe today and the rep told me I can upgrade in the future you know when CS6 come out and I asked about commercial use and he said I could use it for commercial use as well. So that's not bad at all.
