splitting levels slider

Hi,

Does anyone know how to split the slider in half in the levels output dialogue box so it turns into two half triangles that you can move independently of each other? I am not explaining it very well, but hope someone understands what I mean.

You hold some modifier key down while pressing either the black or white triangle and it splits in two. I am on a mac.

Thanks a lot.

Re: splitting levels slider

The alt/option key is the one that I remember pressing too but for some reason the triangle won't split.

Re: splitting levels slider

AFAIK you cannot split the sliders in Levels (at least I have never seen it on PC version). You can however split the sliders using Blend if options in Layer styles dialogue. Using the Alt key as described by Rust for PC

Re: splitting levels slider

Supporting the Tony's Answer, you cannot split the sliders in levels, just in Blend If.

Re: splitting levels slider

My vote on tony too. Never seen levels slider split. But blend if will split with pc->alt (mac->opt/apple?) key.

Re: splitting levels slider

Thank you all. You are all correct. Levels don't split. I was confused.
