Yes, i was shooting with Hasselblad, but i could open the file with CS4, so i wonder why couldn't with CS5, but it will open as normal shot small size and not as RAW, and yes, i can convert it to DNG but i have to wait another long time to upload DNG file which remains big as well.

I hope if you can download Phocus from Hasselblad website, faster than i upload DNG file, but doesn't matter, no need to download my pic, the jpeg is fine to play with
Tareq, I am going out soon, so I won't be providing more assistance today. I hope others will assist you.

With computers being as prone to having problems, I don't download any new software unless I have a specific need. Thus, I won't be downloading Phocus as I have no need for it.

My suggestions are as follows:

1) Convert your file to DNG.

2) If possible, reduce the size of your file. We don't need a ~100 megabyte file to play with. Reduce your file to perhaps 20 megabytes, and that is still plenty large. By reducing file size, I mean to reduce image size. Choose something that has 4000 pixels or less along the longest edge. Perhaps you can't reduce the file size. I don't know.

3) Give some thought to how you want your final photo to look. Background bright/dark, in focus, blurred? Young man retouched/natural looking? Skin tone - lighter/darker/sharper/smoother? Colors - strong, weak, saturated, unsaturated, some saturated and others not? Overall contrast? If people know what you are looking for, then they can attempt to deliver something you like. Otherwise, we are just guessing.

This next suggestion is not meant to be taken the wrong way. Given that you shot with a very expensive camera and that this photograph appears important to you (it is not just a quick snapshot), you might want to consider a professional retoucher. Perhaps he or she can provide a few quick alternative interpretations, and then together, you two could work toward a final product that meets your artistic vision.

Regardless of which path you follow, I wish you good luck and success.

Re: Manipulation....How?

I hope it's not overdone, playing local contrast with Oloneo Photo Engine to enhance the details, then playing with color balance in photoshop.

Re: Manipulation....How?

Removed a few distractions and a bit of skin and clothes smoothing..

*edit* there should be a comma after distractions, no skin has been removed!

Working on an illustration technique (but results are quite noisy; not wanting to share it yet) that really applies to photo art, but did a lot of cleaning and selective blending then desat for this interpretation.

Re: Manipulation....How?

Evened out skin and tone, sharpened and brightened eyes, brought out more detail in clothes, introduced more contrast / depth via curves.

Hope you don't mind a little play; outside the scope of photo-edit so just linking.
