Simplest and accuret..
go to levels>option> click highlight box and chose CBC525, now u have this look

Imagr>Adjustments>Levels....... (Ctrl+L)
Click 'Options' Find 'Highlights'..Click the White color.... in the Pop-up replace the FFFFFF code with the suggested code for the highlights (Remember to change it back to FFFFFF when the project is done!!)
