Do a search for "Chromatic Aberration". It will be a tough fix unless you have the raw images.

I should mention... You need to watch for shadows filling in and highlights getting blown out using softlight.

Sometimes you can fade/lighten the opacity of the layer. Sometimes you can use a layer mask to bring back the darker areas affected. Sometimes it's not worth doing at all.

It is NOT a "fix all images" kind of technique. It works best with thin, ghosted looking images.

something missing -> quality, someone said "don`t fix it if it`s broken" ... I think it`s a waste of time to touch up this photo.. as mentioned earlier, mess on lens, angle, source camera, etc.
