how was this pic retouched?

Hello I am fairly new to retouching and I love this type of glam retouch but I am not sure what was used to make it. If anyone know I would be so greatful if you filled me in thanks in advance!

Probably they used Dodge and Burn, (the complete process), and color correction. You can find a lot of info here in RP about this technique. Although it is over done, her face look like a plastic doll.

krystel_gotti, Welcome to RetouchPRO Hope you enjoy your stay here and make lots of friends. Poke around, ask questions, take part in some of the discussions, challenges, etc., have fun!

A combination of these various techniques listed in the 'Tutorial' Section of RetouchPRO were used to get this effect..along with a pretty model or 3D Render, good lighting and practice cubed:

1. Wet Skin
2. That Soft Dior Look for Portraits
3. So So to So Sexy
4. The quick de-grunge trick
5. How to create Metal-Like Skin

Krystel, if you are looking for that "men's magazine" look, then there is a set of DVD's available from a business called Slick Force. You can find a link to it along with a long controversial discussion here at RP http://www.retouchpro.com/forums/pho...aglimbeni.html
Regards, Murray
