To reproduce the exact same effect to an image you'll need three things imo : Overexposure and lower contrast + Split Toning + some kind of digital fog You can use the Exposure adjustment layer in PS for the first (curves or levels will do as well) Split Toning is something I never do in PS, but you can play with color balance anyway. Finally, for the "digital fog" I see down right, you can simply paint to a new layer with a large soft brush using an appropriate color and then use Gaussian blur to make it even softer. Then you can play with opacity according to your taste. PS: if your version of PS has Camera Raw, try that for overexposure and split toning. Hope I helped. Cheers! | Re: how to add light to photo If the image is properly prepared, you should be able to just add a blank layer above it, fill it with pure white in Normal Blend mode, then lower the opacity to taste. There are many other more complex ways but this is quick and effective. Regards, Murray |
