Need opinions on this project

Here is a photo that i'm working on. It's not complete yet, but need another pair of eyes to review what adjustments need to be made.

your retouch is getting bit plastic, I would reduce all effects to 50% and it will be better...

Thanks for the feedback. I will take your advice and reduce 50%. Have another question for you. If you don't mind?!...I am noticing greenish/muddy color around her eyes, hairline, ear, side of nose, and right cheek/jaw. Just want to know if you notice it, and if it's something I should fix or don't even worry about it?

Thank so much!

I am noticing it, too. I would fix it, as I am too keen about green skin :-)

Re: Need opinions on this project

IMO your retouch is headed in the wrong direction. The skin color has been driven into the deep yellow/green range. You have smoothed away too much texture. You have pushed the contrast way over the edge as you will see if you check the color values - shadows completely plugged to 0, highlights blown out to 99/100. Detail in shadows of the hair gone - plugged to 0. Lips over-smoothed. Arm detail gone - blown out completely. The eyebrow hairs have gone green as well.
You might want to study the image, make a new plan, and start over again from the beginning. I think too much irreversible change has been done to the original. All that being said, if you are going for an artistic glamour or special effect type look as opposed to a beauty retouch, then please disregard all of my comments.
Regards, Murray

I would personally begin again as well and keep the freckles (more work, better result)
