How can I reach this color tone

Hello, can someone tell me how can I reach to this color tone, I think is not just white balance, maybe some layers with color fill or something...

Try something like:
Layers:
R- 0/1/255 Output Levels: 25/255
G- 0/0.85/255 Output Levels: 25/255
B- 0/0.6/255 Output Levels: 25/245

(don't forget to clip your highlights before that)

and have been wondering about the same thing as you. I would try curves and maybe a solid color layer with a light pink tone set to soft light, adjust opacity to 5-10%

Try filling a layer with a solid colour, couldn't tell you which. Light yellow or orange. Then setting blend mode to exclusion...
