Retouched pictures good or???

I need some critiquing on my pictures to know if i'm headed in the right direction, can someone check out my pictures on my profile and let me know! That would be so great!

Your images are a little small to judge properly, but from what I can see, you are blurring the skin a little too much, try to learn techniques that are mentioned on this forum that smooth and even out the skin but still show some texture for a more realistic look.

I agree with Wolfman but would say you are blurring the skin way too much.
