Hi - I am trying to develop my skills and so at the moment just using random pics I find in Google Images - so feedback on this latest one will be really appreciated. Thanks!!

For me it looks like way to much blur on the skin, and it looks like you even blurred the hairline. Maybe you could search here on retouchpro.com for the degrunge technique to apply for skin retouching. Or you can read the "highpass sucks thread" on modelmayhem.com

Please be careful about copyrighted images you need to ask the owner/photographer permissions before you work on any photo.

Yes, the hairline was phasing me a bit...I don't have a tablet and I was finding it hard to get a natural looking line...thanks for the tips, I'll check them out :-))

Copyrighted images cannot be posted without explicit permission from the copyright owner. "Someone put it up on the web" does NOT count as explicit permission.

Changing a copyrighted image in any way does not remove it from copyright.

Pieces of copyrighted images, no matter how small, retain their copyright and all the same rules apply.

"Fair use" and parody protection are problematic to define, but to be safe lets assume neither apply here.

You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions for images you upload, and you are liable should anyone choose to enforce their copyright or likeness rights.

I searched with: head-and-shoulders (with - dashes -)
I got 8224 records... I selected 'Gallery' view then 'Larger image available anywhere' (BUT, you do it your way)... went thru the pages
Use your own search words for access to about a million digitized photos
