You know what? Just a few hours ago I optimized my "Luminosity masks" action (it creates 15 curves adj. layers for the brightest lights to the darkest shadows and the narrowest mid-tones in between), I'll just upload it for you :-).
I don't know, in how far this represents Adam's zones, but if it doesn't fit, I'll just do a little research ;-)
Download it if you want to, the tutorials are free to share/download etc.
the action is great , really great
the system zone is only 10 maskes , it divides all the luminocity in 10 masks , every mask with same same range of light

by the way may i ask 2 questions ?

is possible to create a saturation mask or a luminocity mask based on 1 color or a range or colors ?

i mean in a headshot picture ,there is a orange scarf
is possible make a saturation mask or a luminocity mask based on the color of the sharf ? 1 color or range of colors(the orange scarf )

the second question is , is there a tip or skill to retouch and keep the colors natural ?
i mean i can retouch a blue sky , or a green grass , and change the blue or the green
is there a skill or tip to keep the blue and the green real ?
i mean i can play and change the green and blue , and obtain a green grass that doesn't exist , or blue sky that in the real world doesn't exist

thanks

Re: saturation mask and Glow , do you know how do

creativeretouch's links are really great and will probably answer your first question :-).
Another approach would be to combine two masks to one by first using e.g. "Select"-"Color Range" and [Shift]+[Ctrl]+[Alt]-clicking on the thumbnail of the mask you want to use (this will return just the intersections of the two).

For the second question, you could try using e.g. the "Luminosity" blend mode in Photoshop to retain the original color.
But I guess, you'd have to explain your idea a little more precisely to me, because on the other hand, maybe you want to restrain areas of too much saturation.
For this however you could also use a channel mixer adj. layer in "Pin Light" mode (~20% opacity). In this adj. layer set the method to "Monochromatic", and use 100% red.
Duplicate it and use 100% green, duplicate that again and use 100% blue. Fine tune to taste ;-).
