Re: Skin Smooth

after you "rasterize" it is not a smart object anymore

when you use the button, the mask is "disabled",
so click on the X-ed mask with the mouse to activate it,
and then you should be able to use it.

I can't replicate the error you and Dak Paule talk about, and it since you are using CS4 (and CS4 version of the plugin) and he uses CS5 (and the CS5 version) I can assume that it's not a version related problem.

If you have made a PSD with the old version, and now you are trying to rasterize there may be some issues, but if you have created the layers with the current version it should work.

send me a PSD with a file where you can't select/rasterize or have other problems (not being able to use the mask, etc), and outline what the problem is, so I can see if it shows here.

(click twice on the interface to see my e-mail)

Re: Skin Smooth

Hi ShadowLight
with the lasso I did a selection and I wish the plugin could work JUST on the selection, but unfortunately work all over the picture.
I tried in a different manner putting the selection in a new layer, but no way...
Any suggestion to give me?
Thanks in advance.

I like it a lot.... big improvement over previous and better control for sure.......
when will it be available?.......without Photoshop, interesting, but don't you need layers?

thanks,
in a couple of weeks.

layers-of course, this just shows the smoothing can be achieved without PS.
technically, making layers is not a big deal

That looks good. I love the "show garbage" feature.

Personally, I think I'd prefer PS compatibility.
