| Re: how do i make get this effect... Akimn, welcome to RetouchPro. Lots of work. HDR or blend of multiple different exposures, selective dodging and burning, selective toning, high vibrance, strong contrast, application of a Motion Blur filter on a carefully selected subject. You won't get this by applying a couple of filters or clicking a couple of buttons. Regards, Murray |
