This is a learning site ... meaning we teach you how to fix your pictures yourself ... but, for people who aren't really interested in image editing, we do have a Classifieds Forum where you could post your image if you want a professional to work on it for a fee. (depending on the job you might get it for free anyway ... )

That image is too small to edit for print.
