Making a 2D image look like a 3D render

Hey guys,

Any tutorials on how to do this in Photoshop? I have this image:

which i'm trying to manifest into this:

It's really really hard to do.

I think it's more of Dodge and burn to deepen the shadows and highlights.

the light has to "travel around the body and muscles" it's a bit hard to explain.
