How to achieve this effect
Hi guys,
how can I achieve this effect? Some sort of lensflare effect..
Any other possibilty than Filter-Lens Flare?

Filter layer and a mask with a soft brush.

Possibly also shooting through something near the lens.

Duplicate Layer..add Photofilter Mask..? Right?
