| I have done a test between my MacPro with 2 real quad cores (8 real cores in total) and 8 GB of RAM against a PC with 4 real cores but with hiperthreading (kind of 4 virtual "more" cores) with 6 GB of RAM by using the Saving Mesh feature on the Liquify tool and the result was that the PC did the task on less than a second, like 1/10 of a second while on the mac, the task is quite more longer, like a minute or more. I have the latest updates of OSX and PSCS5 and all optimized for best performance. Any tip? Mart |
