I cropped it and converted it to Black and White. Removing power lines and fence.

Re: Make this picture more dramatic?

Here's my attempt.
What I did, simple adjustments:
Created new layer for retouching
Clone/Heal the wires out
Create S-Curve for contrast
*I wanted to try to remove the chain link fence, attempted but it ended up being too troublesome.
Re-sized image to fit on here. I have the original if you want me to upload it with another site.

Re: Make this picture more dramatic?

Here is my take. Took out power lines and chain link fence. Added color etc. I can send you the psd, with layers or flattened, if you want it.

Re: Make this picture more dramatic?

You want to take the picture again and compose it properly.

You don't want the fence in it, remove the power lines, wait for some sky. Id hop over the fence and stand to the left of the image, cutting out the rd on the right but having a swooping line of turbines.

Go back to this spot and play around with composition, even tilting the camera to a 45deg angle.

Have a play...
